Visual Merchandising & Travel Install Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain showroom visual standards, including daily resets, vignette specifications, and layout density.
• Manage product transitions, markdowns, and stock transfers according to concept books and spec sheets.
• Coordinate on-site installation projects for vacation rentals and model homes, including furniture, artwork, and window treatments.
• Perform on-site setup tasks such as staging items, making beds, hanging decor, and minor paint patching.
• Track installation progress and provide daily status updates to Operations and commercial sales teams.
• Oversee inventory control using RFID tagging, managing product ordering, receiving, and weekly variance reviews.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Visual Leadership on showroom feedback and resource allocation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, installation coordination, or a related field.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Willingness to travel throughout Florida, including occasional overnights.
