About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain showroom visual standards, including daily resets, vignette specifications, and layout density.
  • Manage product transitions, markdowns, and stock transfers according to company concept books.
  • Coordinate installation projects for vacation rentals and model homes, including furniture, artwork, and window treatments.
  • Provide on-site installation support such as staging items, making beds, hanging decor, and minor paint patching.
  • Track installation progress and provide daily status updates to Operations and sales teams.
  • Oversee inventory control using RFID tagging and manage product ordering and receiving.
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to provide showroom feedback and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, installation coordination, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite.
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Willingness to travel within Florida, including occasional overnights.
