Visual Merchandising Specialist

Responsibilities

• Bring company visual merchandising standards to life on the sales floor
• Execute product placement, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes
• Support guest experience through intuitive store navigation and product storytelling
• Partner with store leadership and team members on visual presentation and brand standards
• Provide in-the-moment coaching on visual display techniques and product placement
• Engage guests with product education and support omnichannel experiences

Requirements

• 1 year of retail or sales experience
• Education or experience in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, or space planning
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Reliable transportation to the assigned store
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and move fixtures, boxes, and mannequins up to 30 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or higher
• Experience with retail product merchandising or inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and visual styling sense
• Collaborative, adaptable, and guest-focused mindset
