Visual Merchandising Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement visual merchandising (VM) strategies and brand standards.
• Execute product presentation, including window activations, mannequin styling, and signage updates.
• Manage seasonal and weekly merchandise changes to drive store sell-through and optimize guest experience.
• Connect with guests on the floor to provide technical product education and support a seamless shopping experience.
• Provide real-time feedback and training to team members regarding brand standards and visual display techniques.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Education or experience in visual merchandising, fashion, design, or a related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to the store.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including moving boxes, fixtures, and mannequins up to 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or above.
• Experience in retail product merchandising, inventory management, or project management.
• Knowledge of color theory and visual display composition.
