Visual Merchandising Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising (VM) plans, including window activations, mannequin styling, and signage updates
• Implement product placement strategies and seasonal merchandise changes to drive store sales
• Provide technical product education to guests to articulate the value and benefits of lululemon products
• Deliver a world-class guest experience by assessing needs and providing customized purchase solutions
• Collaborate with store leadership to bring brand standards and product stories to life on the floor
• Maintain a seamless omnichannel experience through accurate transactions and ship-from-store programs

Requirements

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience
• Legal authorization to work in Australia
• Reliable transportation to the assigned store location

Preferred Qualifications

• Education or training in design or a related field
• Experience in retail product merchandising, visual merchandising, or inventory management
• Knowledge of color theory and visual display composition
