Visual Merchandising Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring visual merchandising (VM) presentation and guest experience to life on the floor
• Execute powerful product presentations, including window activations, mannequin styling, and signage updates
• Implement key product stories and placement strategies to drive store sell-through and optimize store navigation
• Connect with guests on the floor to provide technical product education and a seamless omnichannel experience
• Provide real-time feedback and training to team members regarding brand standards and visual display techniques
• Manage seasonal and weekly merchandise changes and company-driven product initiatives

Requirements

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience
• Education or experience in visual merchandising, fashion, graphic design, interior design, or a related field
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
• Ability to move boxes, fixtures, and mannequins weighing up to 30 lbs and use ladders for adjustments

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or above with a degree in design or a related field
• Experience in retail product merchandising, visual merchandising, or inventory management
• Experience managing projects, processes, or business operations
