Visual Merchandising Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring visual merchandising (VM) presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation, including window activations, mannequin styling, and signage updates.
• Implement key product stories, placement strategies, and seasonal merchandise changes in accordance with brand standards.
• Connect with guests on the floor to provide technical product education and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training to team members regarding brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Maintain store navigation and intuitive product placement to optimize the guest experience and drive sell-through.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Education or experience in visual merchandising, fashion, graphic design, interior design, or a related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including moving boxes, fixtures, and mannequins weighing up to 30 lbs, as well as bending, reaching, and using ladders.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or above.
• Experience in retail product merchandising, inventory management, or managing business operations.
