Visual Merchandising Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising (VM) plans, including window activations, mannequin styling, and signage updates.
• Implement key product stories and placement strategies to optimize the guest experience and drive sales.
• Provide technical product education to guests, articulating the value and benefits of lululemon products.
• Deliver world-class customer service by assessing guest needs and providing customized solutions.
• Manage merchandise changes and seasonal flips in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to bring brand standards and visual presentations to life on the floor.
• Maintain a seamless guest experience through accurate transactions and omnichannel program execution.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in Australia.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving boxes and fixtures up to 30 lbs and using ladders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education in design or a related field.
• Experience in retail product merchandising, visual merchandising, or inventory management.
• Experience managing projects or business operations.
