Visual Merchandising Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational execution of visual merchandising initiatives, including new store formats, pop-ups, and fixture rollouts
• Partner with Creative and Retail Experience Design teams to translate concepts into detailed production plans and scalable execution roadmaps
• Ensure consistency in materials, finishes, and build quality across global regions to maintain premium brand standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, fabrication partners, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality delivery
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics, shipments, and installations for seamless global rollouts
• Oversee proactive and reactive maintenance of in-store fixtures, including repair coordination and replacement planning
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and streamline operational processes

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in visual merchandising operations, retail fixture development, or store planning
• Experience supporting multi-location or multi-market retail environments
• Demonstrated ownership of fixture production, including material selection and quality control
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing external vendors, fabrication partners, and logistics providers
• Financial discipline with experience in budget tracking and cost management
• Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks
