Visual Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and maintenance of window displays and store interiors, adjusting them to specific store needs and merchandising requirements.
• Implement in-store merchandising guidelines and design inputs based on sales trends, market peculiarities, and customer targets.
• Solve specific visual merchandising challenges related to store size, inventory levels, and merchandising adaptations.
• Coordinate with the Retail Merchandising Department to implement visual strategies and appropriate seasonal outfits based on stock.
• Visit stores regularly to ensure all Visual Merchandising standards are strictly maintained.
• Cooperate with the Communication Department to implement in-store events and press presentations.
• Provide training to shop staff to ensure displays are maintained according to corporate standards.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in Visual Merchandising for international fashion companies or creative fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe software, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Fluency in both English and Korean.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team structure.

Preferred Qualifications

• International or regional experience in luxury retail or visual merchandising.
