Visual Merchandising Key Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to provide support to Educators and facilitate an outstanding guest experience
• Oversee retail floor operations, including salesfloor coverage and efficiency
• Manage product presentation tasks, restocking, and maintaining luxury store standards
• Support team development through direct feedback, coaching, and mentoring
• Review business metrics to evaluate progress and make operational adjustments
• Handle guest feedback and resolve escalations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company checklists

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the UK
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to travel to the assigned store
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
• Ability to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales leadership experience
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
