Visual Merchandising Floor Lead

Responsibilities

• Create appealing visual displays to demonstrate product collections and activities
• Assess current trends and implement innovative merchandising strategies
• Manage new product drops to ensure alignment with campaigns and trends
• Adapt hanging fixtures and update physical layout of display rails
• Ensure windows and displays are merchandised with intent and brand cohesion
• Identify signage opportunities to improve messaging and customer journey
• Review daily sales performance to maintain commercial displays and stock levels
• Participate in daily floor walks and team huddles
• Manage and guide the team through training and feedback on visual standards
• Support the planning and execution of promotional activities
• Work closely with the Operations team regarding stock movement and promotional prep
• Act as a key holder for store access during non-trading hours

Requirements

• Recent experience in a visual merchandising leadership role within retail
• Natural flair for styling, colors, and outfit building
• Passion for community, wellness, or fitness
• Experience mentoring and coaching teams
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, bank holidays, and overnights
• Comfortable working with digital technology
