Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide full VM support to selected wholesale shop-in-shops in the Denmark area, with a focus on Jutland
• Plan and execute in-store seasonal VM guidelines and window communications in line with HQ Amsterdam standards
• Deliver seasonal VM store reports following installations within established deadlines
• Support the Nordic VM Manager on brand-related projects, including showroom installations and training events
• Conduct ongoing in-store staff training and support IVM Ambassadors
• Drive commercial growth by providing product-level feedback to the sales team and supporting VM actions in wholesale POS
• Manage VM support for local shop-in-shop and store openings or re-fits

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising
• Proven creative and commercial VM background within a wholesale environment
• Strong fashion sense and up-to-date knowledge of the fashion industry
• Highly structured professional with the ability to multitask effectively
• Independent and flexible approach to managing area responsibilities
