Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain showroom aesthetics and visual standards by creating impactful, on-brand product displays
• Execute daily showroom resets, spatial planning, and product transitions to optimize floor space
• Manage home accent replenishment, including receiving, unpacking, and tagging accessories
• Oversee inventory control through RFID tagging, product ordering, and stock transfer documentation
• Collaborate with the sales department and management to drive business performance through effective merchandising
• Conduct showroom audits to ensure compliance with visual, marketing, and inventory standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma from an accredited institution
• Experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite
• Ability to use Apple iPad applications and general PC knowledge
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work on ladders for decor placement
