Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain showroom aesthetics and visual standards by creating impactful, on-brand product displays
• Execute daily showroom resets, spatial planning, and product transitions according to concept books and spec sheets
• Manage home accent inventory, including receiving, unpacking, tagging (RFID), and strategic placement of accessories and wall décor
• Optimize floor space and density levels through effective layout management and planogram adherence
• Conduct inventory audits, manage product orders, and oversee the markdown and transition of floor models
• Collaborate with the sales department and management to support customer interactions and showroom feedback

Requirements

• High School Diploma from an accredited institution
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work on ladders
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a showroom and warehouse environment
• Flexibility to work a 40-hour week, including potential travel for new store openings or remerchandising projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of visual merchandising experience within a retail environment
• Experience with AS400 or RFID inventory Zebra tagging equipment
• Ability to view and understand Computer-aided design (CAD) drawings
