Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Merchandise the showroom by performing daily resets and maintaining high visual standards.
• Execute floor plan changes, product transitions, and strategic space planning to optimize density and layout.
• Manage home accent replenishment, including receiving, unpacking, and tagging accessories and wall décor.
• Oversee inventory control through accurate RFID tagging, product ordering, and receiving.
• Support the sales department by creating impactful displays and providing product information to customers.
• Collaborate with visual leadership and marketing to implement seasonal color stories and new showroom setups.

Requirements

• High School Diploma from an accredited institution.
• Experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work on ladders for hanging décor.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a showroom and warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AS400 systems.
• Knowledge of RFID inventory Zebra Tagging equipment.
• Ability to view and understand Computer-aided design (CAD) drawings.
