Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain showroom aesthetics and visual standards through daily resets and impactful product displays
• Execute product transitions, markdowns, and floor model movements according to company specifications
• Manage home accent inventory, including receiving, unpacking, tagging, and replenishing accessories and wall décor
• Utilize planograms and concept books to optimize space planning and layout density
• Ensure accurate inventory control through RFID tagging and regular stock audits
• Collaborate with the sales department and management to support showroom objectives and customer interactions

Requirements

• High School Diploma from an accredited institution
• Experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work on ladders
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a showroom and warehouse environment
