Responsibilities
- Communicate the Visual Merchandising vision across all retail stores
- Coach, train, and inspire store teams regarding VM standards
- Support the improvement of the in-store retail experience
- Ensure commerciality is maintained through effective visual execution
Requirements
- Experience as a Visual Merchandising Coordinator
- Commercially minded approach to retail presentation
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to work within large-scale retail environments (900-16,000 sq ft)
