Visual Merchandising Associate

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain in-store visual merchandising aesthetics to drive sales
• Mentor and develop team members on visual merchandising best practices
• Collaborate with leadership on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives
• Identify brand opportunities and ensure visual consistency across the store
• Provide exceptional customer service to the local community

• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
