About the role
Responsibilities
- Create window displays and mannequins following visual techniques to attract and motivate customers
- Analyze sales KPIs to strategically place products and maximize sales
- Provide feedback to the line manager regarding visual merchandising actions in-store
- Train and assist the store team to maintain product placement and visual standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience implementing Visual Merchandising in retail points of sale
- Excellent time management skills
- Problem-solving, creative, and autonomous mindset
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
