Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute visual merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on seasonal themes and product launches
• Style product presentations across showrooms, window displays, and retail corners
• Use space planning and interior design skills to optimize product placement and traffic flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure VM standards are implemented
• Analyze customer feedback and sales reports to adjust visual strategies
• Train store staff on basic visual merchandising techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising
• Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, lighting, and space planning
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness
• Flexibility to travel to different branches and work weekends or holidays if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in furniture, home décor, or interior design-related industries
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or SketchUp
• Familiarity with luxury retail standards
