Responsibilities
- Apply visual merchandising competence to strengthen IKEA identity through store layout and range presentation
- Contribute to department action plans to grow business and support long-term profitability
- Plan and implement inspiring, affordable, and commercial range presentation solutions based on local market needs
- Maintain safety and visual impact on the shop floor while minimizing visitor disruption
- Ensure high quality, simplicity, and cost consciousness in all range presentation solutions
- Gather insights on store layout to support a convenient shopping experience
- Stay updated on home furnishing trends to generate creative directions
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a fast-paced retail industry
- Design-based education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
- Passion for home furnishing and range presentation improvement
