Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Curate visual, commercial, and styling setups according to guidelines and store planning to enhance customer experience and support sales
• Analyze sales performance, monitor stock levels, and ensure garment care
• Identify and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Store Management
• Use knowledge of trends and competitors to train and develop the store team
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions
• Support Sales Market in store expansion projects

Requirements

• Background and training as a stylist with ability to create high-impact commercial outfits and storytelling
• Strong styling competence and aesthetic sensitivity to translate trends into commercial proposals
• Solid experience in Visual Merchandising and commercial management in dynamic environments
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales reports and act on results
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset
• Creative, proactive, and flexible approach
