Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Implement visual, commercial, and styling displays according to brand guidelines and action calendars to support sales
• Analyze sales results and ensure proper stock levels and product presentation
• Collaborate with store and department managers to implement visual and commercial priorities
• Share trend knowledge with the team to ensure excellent customer service
• Build a positive brand image through customer interactions
• Actively promote the loyalty program

Requirements

• Experience in visual merchandising and working in a dynamic environment
• Ability to analyze sales reports and translate data into actionable display strategies
• Passion for fashion and creating unique shopping experiences
• Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Advanced proficiency in Polish (written and spoken)
