Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling standards across the store
• Launch campaigns and sale activities on time
• Maintain garment care, stock levels, signage, and store presentation
• Coach and upskill store colleagues on visual and commercial best practices
• Review sales reports and identify visual and commercial opportunities
• Support customer experience, store flow, and operational routines

Requirements

• Visual merchandising or similar retail experience
• Fashion, trend, and competitor awareness
• Strong commercial and operational knowledge
• Ability to analyze KPIs and weekly sales reports
• Coaching, communication, and leadership skills
• Flexible, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
