Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation according to brand guidelines
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities
• Perform sales report (KPIs) follow-up to identify visual opportunities
• Coach and develop the store team's visual and commercial skills
• Maintain commercial layout, fixtures, and window styling
• Ensure proper garment care and stock levels for visual displays
• Keep sales floor and back of house organized and safe

Requirements

• Experience in visual and commercial execution in a retail environment
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices
• Ability to manage and act on weekly sales reports
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proactive, solution-focused, and creative mindset
