Responsibilities

• Implement the visual identity in alignment with H&M's brand and values
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by following store operations and best practices
• Drive sales and profit by creating inspiring shopping environments
• Use commercial thinking and creativity to deliver an inspiring visual experience
• Guide and support colleagues regarding trends, styling, and visual standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, including styling, layout, and trend application
• A strong interest in fashion, current trends, and commercial visual merchandising
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to act as a brand ambassador
• A data-driven approach to analyzing sales and performance to optimize visual displays
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English
• A collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
