Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Implement visual standards and commercial excellence to create an inspiring customer experience
• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation according to brand guidelines
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time
• Perform sales report (KPIs) follow-up to identify and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities
• Coach and develop the store team's visual and commercial skills
• Maintain commercial layout, fixtures, and window displays to ensure optimal customer flow and trend storytelling
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, competitors, and influencers to anticipate customer needs

Requirements

• Proven visual and commercial experience in a retail environment
• Strong interest in fashion and current industry trends
• Ability to analyze sales reports and act on selling equations
• Proactive, solution-focused, and creative mindset
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of retail best practices and operational routines
