Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience through expert styling and product knowledge
• Interpret sales data and customer insights to execute visual direction
• Design and install impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends
• Style mannequins and create outfit combinations to influence purchasing
• Merchandise the shop floor in alignment with company guidelines
• Support the sales team in daily store operations
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and mentor team members
• Act as a brand ambassador to ensure an engaging customer journey

Requirements

• Skilled in executing brand visual guidelines and window displays
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends and seasonal styling
• Experience using KPIs and sales data to drive performance
• Customer-centric mindset with exceptional service skills
• Experience in organizing teams and providing constructive feedback
• Solid understanding of retail store operations and stock handling
• Ability to work varied shifts in a dynamic environment
