Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience through professional styling advice and product knowledge
• Analyze sales data and customer insights to establish and execute visual direction
• Plan and install effective window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity
• Execute mannequin styling and coordination to inspire customers and drive purchases
• Merchandise the store according to company guidelines to create a consistent commercial environment
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and provide training and coaching to team members

Requirements

• Understanding of visual storytelling and enhancing customer experience
• Ability to execute brand VM guidelines including window displays and mannequin styling
• High understanding of latest fashion trends, silhouettes, and seasonal styling
• Experience using KPI and sales data to make visual merchandising decisions
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen to others' needs
• Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and customer requirements
• Ability to work various schedules including weekday evenings, weekends, and public holidays
