Visual Merchandiser Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of VM installations based on global directions, adapting concepts to individual store formats.
• Coordinate and execute visuals for all Marketing and CRM events.
• Manage production and logistics for printed materials, including supplier coordination and quality checks.
• Assist in planning in-store displays and seasonal updates aligned with retail calendars.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor and maintain brand visual standards across all Taiwan locations.
• Provide hands-on support for new store openings and renovations, including prop management and display setup.
• Maintain organized records of VM assets, props inventory, and campaign materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a related creative field.
• Experience working within premium or luxury brands is highly preferred.
• Native-level fluency in Mandarin and business-level proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• A passion for aesthetics, design, and crafting/handmade objects.
