Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Present products in an attractive, sales-oriented manner following VM guidelines and creative input
• Style and dress mannequins in an inspiring and fashionable way
• Analyze sales figures from the merchandise management system to optimize store layout and presentation
• Translate central sales strategies and concepts into effective in-store visual displays
• Drive sales by presenting goods in a logical and appealing sequence
• Train, coach, and advise colleagues on the application of Visual Merchandising standards
• Take commercial initiative by reacting to trends or weather changes (e.g., highlighting outdoor wear during snow)
• Provide excellent customer service and style advice when needed

Requirements

• Professional training in retail and experience in visual merchandising or a similar creative role
• Strong analytical skills to translate sales data into visual solutions
• High trend sensitivity and a passion for fashion
• Fluency in Dutch
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
