Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring and visually appealing store environment through creative merchandise presentation
• Design and decorate window displays and mannequins to motivate customers and drive sales
• Follow and implement central visual merchandising (VM) guidelines while contributing original creative ideas
• Analyze sales figures and KPIs using the Merchandise Management System to optimize collection layouts
• Coach and support sales colleagues to ensure consistent implementation of VM standards throughout the store
• Apply central sales strategies and concepts to in-store presentations
• Assist customers with styling questions and product needs

Requirements

• Professional training in retail, visual marketing, or a similar creative field
• Proven experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sales KPIs into actionable presentation solutions
• Excellent planning and organizational talents to coordinate weekly priorities with the Store Manager
• Proficiency with inventory systems, business processes, and floor space metrics
• A passion for fashion, trends, colors, and design
