Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring and visually appealing store environment that motivates customers to shop
• Ensure attractive, sales-driven merchandise presentation following VM guidelines and incorporating creative ideas
• Decorate window mannequins in an inspiring manner to drive foot traffic
• Analyze sales figures and KPIs using the Merchandise Management System to optimize collection layouts
• Implement central sales strategies and concepts within the store presentation
• Coach and support sales colleagues in implementing correct Visual Merchandising standards
• Provide styling advice and assistance to customers to enhance their shopping experience

Requirements

• Completed retail training or professional background in visual marketing/visual merchandising
• Strong eye for style, fashion trends, colors, and shapes
• Analytical skills to translate sales KPIs into effective visual solutions
• Strong organizational and planning talent to coordinate weekly priorities with the Store Manager
• Proficiency with merchandise management systems and business process affinity
• Ability to transform customer needs into wearable visual merchandising concepts
