Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring and visually appealing store environment through creative merchandise presentation
• Decorate window displays and mannequins in an inspiring way to motivate customers
• Ensure attractive, sales-promoting product displays following VM guidelines and brand standards
• Analyze sales figures and KPIs using the Merchandise Management System to optimize collection layouts
• Implement central sales strategies and concepts within the store environment
• Coach and support sales colleagues in implementing correct Visual Merchandising standards
• Proactively identify and implement profitable measures to increase sales results
• Assist customers with styling questions and product inquiries

Requirements

• Retail training, apprenticeship in visual marketing, or a similar creative profession
• Proven experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment
• Strong analytical skills to translate sales KPIs into effective visual solutions
• Excellent planning and organizational talent to coordinate weekly priorities with the Store Manager
• Proficiency with business processes, inventory systems, and floor space metrics
• A passion for fashion, trends, and design with a keen eye for style
