Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Create attractive, sales-supporting product displays following VM guidelines and personal creativity
• Style store mannequins in an inspiring way to engage customers
• Analyze sales data to optimize commercial space and product placement
• Implement sales strategies and concepts through effective store presentations
• Conduct training for colleagues regarding visual merchandising standards
• Respond to commercial needs and seasonal changes (e.g., adjusting displays based on weather)
• Provide styling advice and support to customers

Requirements

• A strong eye for style and a passion for current fashion trends
• Experience in Visual Merchandising or a creative field
• Analytical skills to translate sales data into visual solutions
• Strong planning and organizational abilities to coordinate with the Store Manager
• Professional training or education in retail or Visual Merchandising is preferred
• Understanding of customer expectations and how to apply them to store concepts
