Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Present products in an attractive, sales-oriented manner following VIM guidelines while adding personal creative input
• Dress mannequins with inspiring outfits that reflect current fashion trends
• Analyze sales figures from the merchandise management system to inform store layout and presentation
• Translate centrally developed sales strategies and concepts into the physical store environment
• Stimulate sales by presenting goods in a logical and organized manner
• Guide, train, and advise colleagues on the application of visual merchandising standards
• Take commercial initiative by reacting to external factors, such as adjusting displays based on weather changes
• Provide customer support by assisting shoppers with product location or style advice

Requirements

• Education in retail or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in visual merchandising or a similar creative role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sales data into visual solutions
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Fluency in the Dutch language
• A strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
