Responsibilities

• Deliver Burberry’s global visual merchandising standards consistently across the store, adapting direction to local context while protecting brand integrity.
• Style product stories that elevate customer experience, drive engagement, and support commercial performance.
• Maintain visual excellence across all areas of the store, ensuring displays are fresh, impactful, and meticulously executed.
• Partner with store teams to embed visual guidelines and support day-to-day execution on the shop floor.
• Support seasonal launches, floor moves, and window updates in line with brand calendars and priorities.
• Observe customer behavior and sales trends to inform visual decisions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in visual merchandising within a luxury, premium, or fashion-led retail environment.
• A strong eye for detail, styling, and spatial awareness, with a clear understanding of brand storytelling.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to balance creativity and performance.
• Collaborative and confident working with store leadership and wider retail teams.
• Organized and adaptable, able to manage priorities in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Passionate about Burberry, craft, and delivering elevated customer experiences.
