Visual Merchandise Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute Myer national VM strategies, including marketing and special activation events
• Collaborate with the national VM team to plan in-store presentations, brand placement, and local events
• Build strong relationships with in-store stakeholders to drive engagement and alignment
• Lead, coach, and develop the VM team of Stylists and Merchandisers to deliver excellence

Requirements

• Proven experience in Visual Merchandising with a strong creative eye
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Skilled in time management with the ability to multi-task
• VM qualifications are highly regarded
• Ability to work early morning starts and maintain flexibility across key trading periods
