Visual Merchandise Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction at the Doncaster store by bringing seasonal trends to life through impactful visual storytelling.
• Shape the customer journey through exceptional visual execution and inspiring in-store experiences.
• Lead and inspire a dedicated creative team to ensure the floor is well-presented, fully stocked, and visually engaging.
• Execute creative brief strategies by blending creativity with operational discipline.
• Coordinate stock flow, manage deliveries, and maintain high floor standards.
• Translate key seasonal trends into compelling visual moments and styled displays.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Visual Merchandise Styling within a retail environment.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of current trends and styles.
• Ability to foster effective communication and collaboration within a team.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid Australian working rights.
• Flexibility to work early morning starts and across key trading periods/events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in Visual Merchandising.
