Visual Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising including recovery, restock, and destock
• Plan visual floor changes through payroll management and business needs adaptation
• Own visual direction from planning through execution within company expectations and budgets
• Utilize reporting tools to identify business opportunities with product placement and stock levels
• Manage budgets, reporting, and business metrics such as expenses and sell-thru
• Lead the visual team through accountability, coaching, and talent development
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve visual and sales floor KPIs

Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Strong time management and personal accountability
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and move for an entire shift
• Open availability including weekends and peak holiday periods
