Visual Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure brand integrity is reflected in the store at all times
• Partner with the District Visual Manager and Store Manager to execute corporate visual plans
• Review and approve floor maps and provide direction to Floor Managers
• Utilize weekly sales reports to analyze business results and determine visual strategies
• Manage zero sellers, recalls, and promotional or markdown activities
• Train, guide, and coach the store team on visual standards and product knowledge
• Create floorset and refresh schedules to maintain store budget and seamless execution
• Lead and performance manage the visual team and non-management in-store staff
• Maintain the in-store environment, including music and digital displays

Requirements

• Visual Merchandising experience in a retail fashion environment
• Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management or visual experience
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and remain flexible
• Ability to react quickly to changing environments and deliver results with pace
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work nights, overnights, and weekends as required
