Visual Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, and sales floor recovery
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising in accordance with directives
• Plan visual floor changes through payroll management and business need adaptation
• Execute visual direction within company expectations, budgets, and timelines
• Utilize reporting tools to identify business opportunities via product placement and stock levels
• Partner with management to oversee budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships
• Lead, coach, and develop associates to drive individual growth and guest experience
• Open and close the store according to visual standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and peak holiday periods
• High energy and self-motivated attitude
