Visual Keyholder

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the sales floor and windows according to the Commercial Handbook
• Execute floor moves and determine commercial opportunities within brand guidelines
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and educate the store team
• Implement H&M Visual Identity through well-styled mannequins and wearable buying suggestions
• Launch and maintain sales campaigns and activities on time
• Follow up on store KPIs and initiate actions to reach goals and budgets
• Perform store routines including opening and closing the store
• Support the store team through coaching and development

Requirements

• Inclusive, positive, and creative mindset
• Passion for customer service and fashion
• 1-2+ years of transferable experience preferred
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and climb ladders
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
