About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for visual inspection processes and provide direction and training to staff.
  • Author, review, and create technical procedures and training materials.
  • Evaluate and approve validation master plans, protocols, and reports while troubleshooting validation issues.
  • Audit product and process compliance and assist in investigating deviations.
  • Perform daily monitoring of environmental data and assist in investigating production line violations.
  • Manage personal workflow and potentially lead or allocate work to others within the department.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working in the pharmaceutical or a similar regulated industry.
  • Proven experience in authoring, reviewing, and creating training materials or procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift/carry up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of validation processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with common AI tools to enhance productivity.
