Visual Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Translate internal communication strategies into compelling creative concepts and layouts for global employee campaigns, reports, and emails
• Own the design and global deployment of digital signage assets across various office locations
• Maintain brand consistency by adhering to established brand guidelines and design systems
• Create and optimize digital, presentation, and campaign assets for internal communications
• Develop information graphics to make complex ideas clear and engaging for a global audience
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective design solutions
• Prepare production-ready files, templates, and archived assets with high accuracy

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a design studio, agency, or in-house creative team
• Formal training in graphic or visual design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat)
• Proficiency in Figma
• Proven expertise working with Adobe Firefly or similar generative AI tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Word
• Demonstrated experience creating strong visual communications, campaigns, and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition
• Experience designing digital assets for Microsoft 365 platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Stream)
• Knowledge of video and print production methods
• Experience in B2B marketing or financial services
