Visual Display Designer

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute luxury visual display concepts for windows, vitrines, and in-store focal points
• Translate brand storytelling and seasonal direction into executable visual presentations
• Develop creative assets including mood boards, sketches, renderings, and design presentations
• Manage the full display lifecycle from concept through fabrication, production, and installation
• Partner with domestic and overseas vendors to prototype and produce high-quality display elements
• Manage display production calendars and budgets to maintain alignment with financial targets
• Prepare production specifications and install guides for internal teams and store partners
• Coordinate with Retail and Operations teams to support seamless installations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in luxury visual display design within retail, jewelry, or fashion
• Deep knowledge of production and fabrication, including materials and manufacturing methods
• Proven experience managing global vendors and international production workflows
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management skills including budget and timeline oversight

Preferred Qualifications

• 3D rendering or prototyping skills
