About the Company

Founded in 2023 by alumni from IIT and Stanford GSB, Truva is on a mission to create the most delightful and trustworthy home-buying experience in India. We provide an all-encompassing platform that guides buyers through every step of their journey, from property discovery to legal and financial assistance.

Responsibilities

• Improve on and maintain the brand identity across various channels
• Build rich experiences using design for our customers both online and offline
• Work as part of the sales and marketing team to create plans, strategies, and execute them
• Create templates to enable every team to achieve their goals as seamlessly as possible

Requirements

• A great portfolio showcasing problem-solving and visual design skills
• 2-3 years of experience (Portfolio is prioritized over years of experience)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with the founding team
• Balanced mindset regarding functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
• Ability to design experiences that significantly elevate existing standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with print designs
• Video editing or animation skills
• Generalist mindset capable of working across different mediums and software
