Visual Designer Senior Advisor

Responsibilities

• Create pixel-perfect UI designs, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes that elevate the user experience while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Partner with interaction designers, product managers, and software engineers to translate wireframes and technical requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Maintain and evolve internal design systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency and scalability.
• Participate in design critiques and refine visual assets based on user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• Must provide an online portfolio for reference.
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, covering the full design spectrum from user research to high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Proven expertise in crafting design systems and style guides.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design solutions to varied stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI design tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Figma Make.
