Visual Designer

Responsibilities

• Define and shape the visual identity across web presence, marketing channels, and product.
• Execute high-standard design assets for the website, sales collateral, social media, and email campaigns.
• Develop creative, unconventional ways to reach audiences, including new campaigns and content series.
• Adopt an AI-first workflow, using LLMs to clarify intent, research problems, and accelerate execution.
• Validate and iterate on designs through testing with real users and stakeholders.
• Document and share AI-native workflows and prompts to help raise the team's collective bar.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma with an obsession for web design quality.
• Strong typography and illustrative design skills.
• Experience working in product-led SaaS companies.
• An intuitive sense for copywriting and how words and visuals interact.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (e.g., comfortable making minor styling changes).
• Interest in video experimentation and growing that skill set.
